General info / Rules
By commissioning me you agree to my Terms of Service.
I have the right to refuse a commission request without written or verbal reason.
If you are being rude, rushing or harassing, your commission will be canceled and refunded.
Commissioners will be updated regularly.
You are not allowed to use my art in AI-generators. Upscaling is fine (even though I give out high-res files). I will also not work with anything AI generated (like an AI picture being your char reference)
I have the right to change the ToS at any time within reason.
Payments
Paypal payments only.
You are required to pay upfront. I will not start working on your commission before any payment.
If a commission is not paid 48 hours after I contacted you, it will be cancelled.
Refunds
DO NOT CHARGEBACK. This will put me in a very difficult situation. Please talk to me if you want a refund.
If you wish for a refund there will be a wait time until each month's beginning (usually the 5th).
You may only get a partial refund if your commission has been started working on.
Refunds will be rejected if your commission is almost finished.
I remain the right to cancel and refund you if I feel like I won't be able to finish your commission.
Deadlines
I don't do deadlines unless specified (Halloween, Christmas, etc.).
Your commission will usually be done in up to 3 months. If I take longer, you will be notified.
Take into account that this is just a hobby of mine and that I have a job, so I am generous with the timeframe here, you might get it sooner, you might not.
Edits/Changes
I will send you a couple of WIP's from time to time to ensure that what you are getting is what you want.
You are not allowed to trace, edit or alter the commission / WIP without permission.
You are not allowed to blur, cover, or remove the signature for whatever reason (unless for personal use; see below).
Distribution
You are free to post your commission anywhere you please with proper credit.
You are not allowed to sell the art as prints, shirts, posters, etc., unless you pay a commercial fee of 100% of the commission price.
You are allowed to make your own personal items for personal use.
You are allowed to crop the art within reason for icons, banners, profile ID's, etc.
